There is no good reason on God's green Earth why Spectrum ought to have a city like Worcester remotely in any kind of stranglehold if their contract isn't renewed. I don't buy your take, but even if there is some truth in your case, then you've still failed Worcester horribly. I hope to see you out the door soon.

The T&G is a trifle, Spectrum is kids learning part-time.
Five N.E. capital cities are smaller, yet have grown-up local governments, multiple broadcast radio and TV outlets and newspapers with collectives of reporters, photographers and editors!
If Verizon fios was here I’d get rid of spectrum all together they are trash over the last month I’ve had nothing but service outages and to top that when did my home internet cost more then my cell phone bill I tried to cancel the cable bundle cause we don’t use it three months ago and I was told it was all set and they never took off the service now they are saying I have to prove they said that or no case that’s ridiculous and very shady business practice.
While this does not cover internet service, it does seem to have dramatically impacted internet service. personally I am not in favor of anything that results in less internet access competition. PEG are not more important than ever since no one watches them.
I would like to see a clear goal on how to have competition in Worcester for internet, focusing on affordablity and symmetric speeds.

Verizon *should* have the entire city passed for FIOS by the end of the year.
Should be faster. Let’s get it done. Competition is needed.
